My vote would be for Jay Gruden. He has been impressive in Cincy and he doesn't even have a good quarterback there.

99% of the locker room wants him back according to Trent Williams. Fletcher, who's not going to be here anyways, has publically pleaded for him to stay. I'd love if we signed him to an extension. In five years, you'll all be bashing Snyder for allowing a diva qb and his dad to run an excellent coach out of town. I'd love for mike shanahan to stay (not Kyle) but there is zero chance of that happening.
