that in mind, i predict AH will not learn the system, will not try hard or make plays and he will continuously run his mouth and cause problems until he is traded or released. nothing positive will ever come from the redskins/AH relationship.
I would argue that something positive has already come: Haynesworth defied Shanahan, Shanahan stuck to his guns, and we beat Dallas in our first game of the year, with an entirely new coaching staff and scheme, and we did it without any help from Haynesworth. The message has been sent: team prevails, individuals are not important.

I am done arguing with all the Albert haters because I have a better chance arguing to the mirror.

Just do me this favor. Watch every defensive snap with Kemo on the field. He goes backwards over and over and over and over. He is a hard working guy and I am pulling for him, but he is a stiff. Plain and simple. So if you get you wish, we have nobody on the D-line who has to be gameplanned for.

I haven't been impressed (even pleased) with Kemo all summer and even after last night's game. He gets pushed around too easily and doesn't really help his teammates even.

But that has nothing to do with Haynesworth really. When he wants to be, AH is clearly the better player. Not showing that he wants to be right now, so he's not showing that he is.

ok, i'll agree with this...good point. i just don't think we'll ever see AH be a productive part of this defense. or of this team, for that matter. shanny won't bend and neither will AH. i've given up on him.

This is what I came on this sight to say today, Kemo, Golsten, Rockey McIntosh and Anthony Carter looked horrible. Worse than Haynesworth.
We were getting gashed for at least five yards a run for most of the game.
We are lucky we were playing a Dallas team that had so moany lineman out and they chose to throw more than run. Dallas is watching film today wondering why they ever threw the ball as much as they did.

Say what you want about Haynesworth and his attitude, we have a bigger problem, our RUN DEFENSE SUCKS.
Also I know Hasslett is still learning with his new players, but please do not have only one D-linemen in on a 3rd and anything less than 5 yards. They had several 3rd and 2 and ran it successfully on us.

I just read this one reply, and agree w/ our run defense. It wasn't very good last night. Dallas has some great backs, but we were getting pushed up and down the field. Funny to say that since we gave up only 7 pts.

Tell me how this gets fixed now that the season has started.

It gets fixed in the first round of next year's draft.

I know for a fact that our run D was significantly better with Haynesworth playing last year. Someone did the math and it cannot be argued. So my first suggestion would be to put him on the field full-time.

That 1 & 6 formation with V. Holliday as the 1 that they ran twice on 3rd and 2 was a joke. The draw play was an automatic first down. If we ran that formation in that situation 100 times against the Cowboys they would get a first down 100 times.

Ok, how about this.......

Redskins =Burger King
Mike Shanahan =customer
Albert Haynworth = Whooper with cheese

When the customer goes into the Burger King resturant they say he can have his food "HIS WAY"If the customer doesn't want a whooper with cheese he doesn't have to have it and if he gets one for free he can do with it it as he wishs,....get it now?

Point Mike Shanahan is the coach and things will be done "his way" not Alberts and what people seem to be missing .....as I said before Dan Snyder seems to be behind Mike Shanahan 110%, no player, no coach ,no fan...will change Shanahans mind .

Re: Redskins and Titans talking trade again on Albert Haynesworth

I heard that there is a possibility that we do a three team trade with the titans and patriots. We would get Randy Moss, Titans would get Haynesworth, Patriots would get either a 3rd or a 4th rounder.

Makes sense to me.
