Can't polish a turd. Cutler has been a letdown for several coaches and when was the last time the Jets had a real QB under center?

As for Matt Cavanaugh, not his biggest fan but a dedicated QB coach is important in my opinion. I really thought it'd be Hackett, have thought that for weeks. Did not see Cavanaugh coming

Cavanaugh has been a solid coach, I think it's a very good addition.
