Re: Now What??
Well its has taken sometime but I just don't let how the Skins play affect me any more. Before it would take days for me to get over a loss but I was over this loss in about 5 min. That might have come with age, maybe all of the loosing has something to do with it, but I decided a few years back not to let these losses bring me down. It did help watching my 3 yr. old daughter cheere as we lost the game and I looked at her and could only smile as she had no clue. I'll keep watching every game but I just will not let it bring me down as there is alot more to life then a football game or team.

Re: Now What??
My brother-in-law gave up on the Redskins a few years back. I don't know if it was the Norv Turner fiasco, Steve Spurrier circus or Marty Schottenheimer firing but he disassociated himself from the team and went to the dark side. He is a full fledged Cowboy fan. I thought he did it just to piss off the rest of family. But...you know...there is a limit to the amount of bullshit you can withstand. These last two games...no...these last two seasons are trying. I'm either delusional or crazy to keep thinking this team is going to turn the corner. I'm not jumping ship like my brother-in-law. I'll stop watching football all together before I become a Cowboy fan. I watch the games, knowing the Skins are not that good and things are not going to get much better anytime soon. Firing Jim Zorn or replacing Jason Campbell is not going to fix this organization. It needs an overhaul.

Re: Now What??
1) Prepare your self for a below 500 season.
2) Know that any games won will be low scoring and ugly. 3) Pray the season can't end fast enough. 4) Watch a lot of the Capitals and hopefully Wizards. 5) Anticipate who the next coach will be. |

Re: Now What??
I don't know about Cam Cameron as a head coach but I sure would've looked at him as coordinator cause he's a proven guy. He is miles ahead of Zorn. But I'm not sure he could do much with this offense cause I just don't think we've got the players.

Re: Now What??
I think we've got the players (for the most part) but we have to use them

We won't miraculously have that out of nowhere. If there is any improvement it won't be considerable enough to turn this season around...just my opinion of course.

If that axiom was 100% true, we'd be 2-1 and wondering what happened yesterday. But we have problems elsewhere, and that has caused us to be 1-2 and searching for answers.

Also Eli Manning was hardly pressured in that game. My opinion is that we weren't successful in having the edge on the lines in that game.

Re: Now What??
I tend to agree, however, Campbell needs to go and we need a REAL #1 WR, and by this time next year we need fresh young legs at RB. Other than that, I agree.
