Re: Taylor Jacobs starting Sunday
brunell spreads the ball around evenly. patten wasnt getting the ball because he wasnt getting open.

Re: Taylor Jacobs starting Sunday
Taylor is getting a seven game audition and then of course some playoff games too. If he cannot produce its time that the Skins let him go. It would realy nice to see him and Brunell connect like he has done with Moss.

Re: Taylor Jacobs starting Sunday
Looks like Rich Parson will fill in on special teams. I thought this was funny from redskins.com:
Parson said he does not anticipate going overboard on providing friends and family with tickets to the game. "I love my family and I want them to all be here," he said. "But right now, I'm so focused on playing the game, knowing my assignments and doing everything well. I have to keep a level head and be ready, because Coach Gibbs has a way of putting people in at unexpected moments." I just really thought that was funny. |

Re: Taylor Jacobs starting Sunday
I think if Jacobs gets 5 catches that would be plenty for him.
If he really get's going by the next Dallas game we could have a nice duo. |

Re: Taylor Jacobs starting Sunday
we are SHORT SHORT SHORT SHORT SHOOOOORRRTT on WR. Parsons was pretty good at maryland, i hope he can represent maryland in this next game.
We need to bring back farris or dare i say it, no i won't, ok i will antonio brown. I loved antonio, he was so f'n good during the training camps and the scrimmage, sure he had one bad preseason game and that fumble can't happen again after he was fired. Like moss says "speed kills", brown and moss side by side would be insane speed, we had the fastest WRs in the league before the season started but now with patten down and brown out we have lost a ton of speed. I just want a decent WR |

I'm actually a bit more worried about Betts being out. He's listed as doubtful. Guess maybe we'll see some more of Rock?

Re: Taylor Jacobs starting Sunday
I had high hopes for taylor this year and hopefully now he takes advantage of his oppurtunity because as productive as the offense has been this year, I'd love the possibility of having two reliable big play recievers to open up the running game a bit more as well as the pass over the middle to cooley.

Re: Taylor Jacobs starting Sunday
Nemo would be nice, but i don't think we'll be bad with Cartwright back there. On second thought, after having flashbacks from the KC game, you know what i'm talking about, i think we should activate Nemo. As far as Taylor Jacobs, this is his chance. If he doesn' take advantage of it now, he's not gonna get another one.
