Of course Fowler has a point, but maybe his public bitching is why he isnt re-signed by us. I d
I do think we need him

Ur not gunna like this writeup about Kinlaw, not just on his play, but his cursing out of press. I thought we wanted high character guys. This is nothing like Allen, a classy captain to look up to this guy will be compared to him. And interesting that we haven't resigned Fowler, perhaps due to his vulgar bitching on x? I dont get it. I would prefer Allen in a heartbeat to someone who threatens the press.

I'm fine with trusting Adam Peters until he gives me a reason not to.

Tunsil is a good player but I'm not sure if I like the move. It kinda feels like we gave up a lot for a player who will be 31 yrs old later this year.

Re: Washington Free Agents Signings

31 isn’t ancient he’s still a high level OT

Two future picks is basically a discount too

Trent Williams was 32 I think when traded to 49ers...he's still rolling strong...hopefully Tunsil will as well.

I agree on age for LT, the terms are heavy and TBD. We also gave them a 7th and its for 2 remaining years. I'd like them to extend him as a 2,3,4,7 vs this years 4th and player is a lot However, it transforms or oline and we now have 2 potential pro bowlers after injuries subside. I still want a starting guard. I think I like this deal. It was the best we could do to secure a starting LT. Frankly, fortunate. We need to protect our star QB. Tunsil isnt amazing but pretty good

Re: Washington Free Agents Signings

Here's PFF's write up on Tunsil going into the 2024 season, as they ranked all 32 tackles. As a reference Trent, Tristan Wirfs, and Penei Sewell were the top 3 tackles:

8. Laremy Tunsil, Houston Texans
Tunsil remains one of the best pass-blocking offensive tackles in the entire league. His 84.9 pass-blocking grade ranked fourth at the position in 2023. Tunsil has earned a 91.6 pass-blocking grade since joining the Texans in 2019, second among 67 qualifying offensive tackles in that span.

Re: Washington Free Agents Signings

Interesting question, why did this trade happen AFTER free agency unless it was a backup plan to us signing a LT such as Ronnie Staley or Dan Moore? I bet they wanted Staley
