Until that happens, we will just be the laughingstock of the nfl.

Thats all my thoughts other than pure disgust.

Even if Bruce is gone, it won't happen with Gruden. He left with Snyder after the game, if Snyder was even considering firing Allen why would they leave together?

At this point I'm starting to wonder if our best chance is Allen being demoted to run business side only (aka-build the new stadium) and Snyder brings in a new guy or promotes Kyle Smith to run the football side.

SOMEONE has to get fired tonight or tomorrow to show accountability.

Think about how bad things are going. The Skins are definitely trending downward:

worst start since 2001
significant drop in stadium attendance by home-team fans, and attendance in general
declining TV ratings
declining merchandise sales

And all of this is compounded by the fact that no matter how poorly we are on the field, there is no accountability. Bruce Allen has not yet been fired despite posting a worse Win / Loss ratio than Vinny. Jay Gruden could go 0-16 this year and other than chatter on twitter, we seem to have no serious news that he will be terminated. In fact some have even said that he will return for the final year of his contract, albeit with a new DC.

If something is not done, the skins are running the risk of having some fans abandon the brand never to return. And they should care about the younger generation fans. If they cannot keep those fans, then i feel the franchise is irreparably doomed.

Dan and Bruce ran off to the Nats game, they don’t give a shit about the fans.

What legacy as a coach is CT talking about? Lol. The worst coach we have ever had legacy? I, unlike CT, will shed zero tears when this Arena league loser is finally gone, and when CT realizes how his game improves as a result those tears of sorrow will turn to tears of joy.

Jay Gruden is a top 5 coach in redskins history. There are only two that are significantly better.

We have had a ton of them, especially in the last 20 years. Just because this numb nutz has had the good grace not to lose his job for several years makes him a top 5 nothing.
There are 17 head coaches in Skins history with a better win loss percentage. Gruden is top 5 in games coached that is about it. He flat out sucks.

I have no anger toward Gruden. I accept he has to go, but he was asked to coach the most dysfunctional team in sports. The front office didn’t support him and in fact often sabotaged him. He had class and for the most part kept the locker room together despite the overwhelming challenges.

And it is worth mentioning that if anyone thinks the team will be better off with the next coach, you haven’t been paying attention to the last twenty years.

I have said numerous times that they can fire whoever they want, but it doesn’t matter because they will just hire other morons. Other morons that will be up against it with this owner. It is a lethal combination. That all being said Gruden is the offense- so as an offensive HC your three most important things to do are hire a good DC, call a good game on offense, and make halftime adjustments if needed. He failed miserably in all three areas, shit franchise or not. He is not HC material.

I think I turned the game on Sirius for about one minute while me and my wife were driving home from lunch. All I heard was Moses getting a holding call. Lol. Man he is fucking terrible.

Why would they go to the Nats game? To reminisce about what a sold-out stadium looks like?
