No question about that to me, and it isn't as though Houston's offense is particularly scary either, so 2 of our 4 games have been against weak offenses. Our run D was good against the Eagles, but then collapsed against the Giants. I think part of that was the health of key players (Hatcher most particularly) during those games. But our pass D has been pretty horrible when going up against decent offenses, and we will see one tonight (better than our first two games in any event). But I was surprised that Seattle has been so bad on D re: third downs. Of course, they've played far better teams -- the Chargers and Broncos -- who have been offensive powerhouses this season, and so that is definitely part of it.

In any event, I have this chalked up as a loss, as much as I would like to indulge in the "any given Sunday" fantasy. Plus, it's Monday.

I have to say. Seahawk fans are some of the worst to interact with on the intrawebs. God damn they make me want to smash my head into a brick wall.

Just a hunch but since he's made of egg shells I'm guessing yes.

You could probably say the same thing for every fan base out there. Some people just sucked.

Can't believe I'm starting to get excited for this one...

The win would be great, but if we keep it close I'll be happy.

Re: Redskins vs. Seahawks Gameday Thread

Is anyone else watching the pre-game on NFL network (I am flipping back and forth between that and the Nats game)? Why was Boomer Esiason wearing a hat that said "wasps" was that in protest of the name or saying that the controversy was silly.

Never mind it looks like he has a connection to a minor league hockey team named the wasps, but this is all I could find.
