Thank you sir. I've been wanting to hear concrete answers and plans. I had thought about starting a "You are the GM the past 3 years".........what would you do. Got all these armchair GMs/Coaches, I want to hear some actual plans and ideas besides "SHANNY IS BAD. FIRE SHANAHAN. KYLE SUCKS."

Well can u really say it's not working out with Mike and Griffin? Our offense is actually really good for a change and ur right griff makes any coach look good but at least Mike and Kyle are giving him great opportunities to succeed

Jay Gruden has done a REALLY good job with Cinci's offense, and I think he's ready for the next step.

I don't have any issue with the design of the offense this year. It's very sound. Overall though it's just too little too late. We're losing in spite of the offensive scheme.

It hardly seems appropriate to disqualify Shanny based on his abortion stance...

Re: Our Next Head Coach Should Be...

Rob Ryan's been "on the cusp" of an NFL coaching gig for a long time.

Yeah, I'm with you on Rob Ryan. Still if you made me pick between him and Shanny, at least I don't know for a fact we'd have a losing record with Ryan next year.

Greg Roman OC SF 49ers

He's one of the most creative offensive coordinators in the league, was Andrew Luck's OC at Stanford.

Re: Our Next Head Coach Should Be...

Can you imagine the Redskins offense as called by Chip Kelly? I mean, we'd put up 45 PPG.
