In the NFL dont go under center before the snap and then look to the side line for the coachs to change the play because you cant read coverages. Cam is like Tebow, half his game in college was running the ball, take that away what do you have? I just dont like him at 10

I agree with you on this but can't say he's garbage that's all I was saying.. Plus if we are bringing in a QB as a rookie he'd probably sit anyway.. Why give up picks for Palmer when Rex is already here ?

Why would the Patriots have put Brady back in when they just won 11 games with Matt Cassel?

I think it's time to finally let go of the love affair that redskins and fans have for other teams' players. Let's stop this and concentrate on primarily building through the draft and picking up undervalued and underrated free agents. It's time to start building the team the right way with relying on talent evaluators and the coaches to develop the players' skills once they get on the team.

The gap between Grossman and Palmer is larger than the one between Palmer and Brady. Denying this, I don't believe is a matter of opinion, I think it's just dishonest. Which is why your explanation for not needing Palmer because of Grossman was inane.

We need our high draft picks a lot more than we need Carson Palmer, but he's the best quarterback available.

I'll take Palmer over Rex yes any day.. Not for a draft pick that we desperately need though

Agreed.

I would offer late round draft choices as well as player compensation. I would not part with the second rounder, though we may not have a choice in 2011. It may have to be player compensation.

Palmer may be the best QB in the FA market. That being said, keep our draft picks. Take Von Miller, a center, and Dalton/Ponder in the 3rd/4th. Build through the draft. We should have learned from Cerrato and moved on to do things the right way from now on.

what happened to this guy? i thought he was well on his way to a hall of fame type career. he got hurt and he's never been the same. his accuracy is off, he throws too many picks...maybe he just needs out of cinn. i think he can still play but he's shown that he's not good enough to carry a team. not sure about his contract status but the price will be too high and i doubt cinn is going to trade him. but it seems the losing has really gotten to him.

Id think CP for DM would be fair- both QB's are ailing to the their coaching. Marvin Lewis hasn't been able to balance his locker room and win so DM would bring new life to theirs just as CP would bring intelligence to ours. Lets sign the trade now.

Drew Brees, Ben Roethlisberger, Kyle Orton all made it; Colt McCoy and Tebow had strong rookie years; a lot of people are high on Bradford.

Spread QBs can make it, Newton's bigger issue is the system he played in wasn't a particularly standard spread system. It was closer to Urban Meyer's system than Bob Stoops' pro spread.

Apparently Palmer is trying to force a decision on the Bengals' OC. What that decision is, I don't know

Re: Carson Palmer demands trade, threatens to retire...

I feel bad for the state of Ohio. It was bad enough that Lebron went through with "The Decision." Now 6 months later Carson Palmer is going through with his own diva act with this trade or retire fiasco.

Still I heard that people are so pissed that they're doing drive by trash dumps on Palmers lawn.
