He thinks he is and acts like his hero Favre.

Re: Nfl Regular season thread ( week 5 )
I was trolling the blogging the boys site after the loss and their freakin hilarious. The first thing they say after the loss is "its not Romo's fault", protecting they mancrush on an overrated, certified POS QB who's never won sh*t. The second thing they say is "how can such a talented team be so bad" or my favorite comment I read "this year the good teams are bad, and the bad teams are good." People were actually agreeing with the latter. That team is sooooo lost right now...Jason Garrett is freakin horrible. Wade is never gonna win them a superbowl. And the talent level on that team is completely overrated, starting with their LBs and CBs

For what it is worth, I have met Stefan Logan back when he played at South Dakota. A high school friend of mine played with him. Awesome to see another small guy (like Banks) proving it can be done.

Kolb is tearing it up. Maybe getting rid of McNabb wasn't such a bad idea. Maybe FF was hesitant to name Vick the starter "for a reason." Sorry I just wanted to see what it was like to be an Eagles fan for a second.

Re: Nfl Regular season thread ( week 5 )
Yeah he accounts for maybe 1/5 of their offense directly and another 1/4 indirectly in my opinion. Schemes are stretched so thin and out of whack when he is on the field.

Re: Nfl Regular season thread ( week 5 )
Let's go around the league and look at what several former Redskins did in todays action for instant analysis:
The most polarizing former Redskin, Jason Campbell, came in in relief of Bruce Gradkowski, and went 13 of 18 for 159 yards and a touchdown and was able to be efficient in guiding Oakland's first win against San Diego in their last 14 tries. A backup to our former backup running back/special teams standout Rock Cartwright was inactive in Oakland's win over San Diego. A former backup to Clinton Portis by the name of Ladell Betts had his fumble returned for a touchdown in Arizona's suprising upset of New Orleans. He also had 44 yards on 10 carries for a 4.4 yard average. A former cornerback of ours by the name of Justin Tryon didn't do anything of note in the Colts win over the Chiefs. A former receiver of ours by the name of Brandon Lloyd had 5 receptions for 135 yards and 2 touchdowns, including a very impressive dive on a deep bomb for a touchdown at the end of the first half (seriously wtf, he's ballin it up now) in Denver's defeat at Bawl'more. And last but not least (as far as I know), our 2007 late season hero Todd Collins went 6 of 16 for 32 yards and 4 interceptions (for a 6.2 qb rating) before he was pulled for the awesomeness that is Caleb Hanie in the Bears demolition of the Panthers. On a side note how bad are the Panthers really if TC gives them 4 interceptions and they still lose that bad? EDIT: Due to mild confusion on my behalf (see below post), apparantly Rock Cartwright blocked a punt for the Raiders in their win over San Diego. |

Re: Nfl Regular season thread ( week 5 )
The Panthers offense is terrible. Their defense is pretty good. The O just gives no help at all.
