NFL Network The Patriots offered a contract to former Dolphins linebacker Zach Thomas on Monday, reports NFL Network's Adam Schefter. Thomas and his agent, Drew Rosenhaus, visited New England on Monday and will continue negotiations with the team. Thomas is scheduled to visit with the New Orleans Saints on Tuesday. Signing Thomas is a youth movement for them, hes replacing Seau!
I love these types of signings for teams that have pieces in place, a lot of times its so much better to bring in a vet to win now then grooming someone. Clearly the pats arent in rebuilding mode

He may have a year or two left but who knows, head injury the worst type. They keep on happening and you forget how to drive home after the games.
Plus he can't play outside Middle all the way and we're solid there. NO WAY!
