Re: what is the most rememberable single game redskin performance of all time?

On offense, D. williams to R. Sanders over the broncos & that includes our O-line, cause they absolutely dominated, made Denver's D-line look like a Division II team! |

Re: what is the most rememberable single game redskin performance of all time?
My grand father died the week of the Super Bowl against Elway. My family cancelled the Super Bowl party. I will never forget that game, it was like it was meant to be. I will always remember Doug William's second quarter. I was in the 10th grade.

Re: what is the most rememberable single game redskin performance of all time?
I don't see how anything could top Doug Williams' Super Bowl performance especially since it was essentially one quarter of perfection and it is probably the best quarter of football by any quarterback in the history of the game. The Redskins did nothing in the first quarter and Williams gets so hurt that Schroeder had to come in for a series.
First play of the second quarter, 1st and 10 on the 20 and the rest is history. They could have put up 100 points in 3 quarters if they had wanted to. |

how about Washington 26- Dallas 3. 1972 NFC championship. Kilmer to Charlie Taylor, down the sideline for about 45 yards and a touchdown
