Re: ACC Tournament
They were really impressive in the first half. I was shocked how well they were playing.

Re: ACC Tournament
Just want to remind everyone that the Terps, Cavs, and Hokies aren't the only teams that exist. Especially enjoy killing all the Terp love.

Re: ACC Tournament
Yo tambien. I have been hating on UMD and Duke for quite some time now. Goes back to my middle school days. As much as I despise Tech now, I actually wanted to go there.

Re: ACC Tournament
my teams never win. I have never felt the excitement of being number 1. I guess last year I was happy when the women won the NCAA but i wasn't here and I really didn't follow them enough to be a true fan. I Guess I jumped on the bandwagon.
I just hope someday, my team will win something big. |

Re: ACC Tournament
UMD played soft. It was pathetic. We couldn't rebound anything. Nobody boxed out, and nobody crashed the boards. That is why we lost. Miami got offensive rebounds on every possession that they didn't score immediately. It was the most frustrating thing I have seen in a long while. Ibekwe is dumb. He played the perimeter for most of the game. He was taking shots WAY out of his range. Nobody could make any free-throws. And, on top of it all, the refs were terrible. They missed at least 5 calls, easily. Probably more. I was at the game, and I got a great look at all of them.
Oh, and Vasquez was fouled at the three point line at the end -- and of course, they didn't call it. He should've been at the line shooting three, with a chance to tie. Total bullshit!

Re: ACC Tournament
I had my day to talk crap, but believe me I definitely know how it feels. I am a freaking UVA fan! Our football and bball teams have been crappy for quite some time. This is the first year in quite a while, I have able to celebrate

Re: ACC Tournament
In the end UVA won't do anything in the NCAA's so it won't really matter anyway

Re: ACC Tournament
Give credit to NC St for a good second half, but seriously that was some terrible reffing. Some of the touch fouls they were calling made the game pathetic.
Whatever, and let the shit talking begin.
