i think grimm hates the cowboys too bad to want to coach them!i do'nt think cowher is gonna coach this year, but how about steve marucci, former niner/lions coach?
what is really pathetic is how right at this very munute, deion"past time"sanders is bad mouthing PARCELL'S because he did'nt finish what he started, and because he did'nt show favoritism to T.O. over terry glenn.i am now convinced that sanders is nuthing but a chickent$**t coward.maybe he'll coach dallas next.i will miss not seeing parcell's coach though.like it or not,he is one hell of a coach, and he has some crazy press conferences too.

Yes, Jones made a poor choice, but oh well, he'll live with it.
The NFC east did not get easier...it depends on who comes in. So it's too early to tell.

Re: BREAKING NEWS: Bill Parcells Retires

With TO on the roster, honestly I think there are some coaching candidates that will think twice about taking that job. I don't think Grimm, for one, would want a team with TO on it.

I'm happy to see this happen. I mean who the heck are the best available candidates?? Mike Martz??

Dude, could you imagine? There'd be no team meetings. No practice. No offseason. Every play would go to TO, and he'd probably leave the other WRs in to block.

Yeah I thought the same thing. I'm sure they'll go after Weiss. Stoops and Carroll. Other possibiliteis, in my opinion, Marty Morninweg, Norv Turner, Jimmie Johnson (that might be a reach but you never know), Mike Martz, Ron Rivera and Jim Fassel.

Let me say this too, if Gregg Williams' defense finishes top 10 or 15 this past season, I'd bet my bottom dollar he would think about it.

Re: BREAKING NEWS: Bill Parcells Retires

Al Saunders as a replacement, anyone? Then have Russ Grimm step in for him here.

Saunders is the type of guy I think Jones would covet out there. Especially with who they've got in place on offense already.

Certainly possible. I thought the same thing. It would be a good way to bring Grimm back into the fold and let Al leave on good terms.

Al Saunders can coach, I'll leave it right there.

Re: BREAKING NEWS: Bill Parcells Retires

Saunders can run an offense... but how good of a head coach is he? That's the million dollar question. I really don't think he has the personality to be an effective head coach.
