Re: Any "Day After" Regrets for Beating Saints?
I regret not beating the Saints 74-0, so we could lose that record.
I regret that Riggins had to retire I regret spending a top pick on Heath Schuler I regret the shame that Deion brought I regret the Jack Pardee debacle....etc but I will NEVER regret beating the Saints and restoring....some, small modicum of dignity to my beloved Skins

Ok, first its was players suck, then coaches, then Snyder, the front office, the stadium, and now its come to a win sucks. This team needs to finish on a positive note and JC needs to build his confidence which each win gives him.

Its better to know you can do it, and didn't, rather than you can't do it!

Re: Any "Day After" Regrets for Beating Saints?
If the Cowboys ride that 2nd seed into the Superbowl, we're ALL gonna feel sick inside! I'm sorry, but no win is worth giving the Cowboys that 2nd seed. That makes me a big New Orleans fan right now.
Well, its all up to the Eagles now... |

I don't believe in playing for the draft pick. But when it comes to losing a game they should lose to an out-of-division foe that is fighting with the Cowboys for a playoff bye? Yeah, I wish we had lost it. This "Romo in the Pro Bowl" stuff is already making me sick, can't take any more success by the girls.

Am I a Cowboy hater more than a Skins fan? Well, not a whole lot to be a fan of right now. The NFC season's been reduced to hoping the Cowboys don't take it all the way. So for the season, I guess the answer is "yes". There is no worse outcome than the Cowboys winning the Superbowl this year. That would be absolutely horrible. At the end of the day, is there REALLY a difference between being a Skins fan and a Cowboy hater? |

Re: Any "Day After" Regrets for Beating Saints?
I cannot believe we have an entire thread devoted to whether we should feel bad after a Skins win.
And I cannot believe I just contributed...

So you're a Cowboy hater before you're a Skins fan?

Re: Any "Day After" Regrets for Beating Saints?
Here is why the Redskins should continue to try and win their remaining games:
1) Pride 2) Build confidence in developing players (Campbell, McIntosh, Fox, Suisham, ...) 3) Develop chemistry on offense and defense 4) Player evaluations and jobs 5) Spoil the playoff aspirations of every team they face.
