Re: Ahmad Carroll

I still can't find any news about this guy... I would think our coaches at this point would be giving him a look....???

We really do have an issue at cornerback, just like we did last year when we had injuries. Its going to cost us games, and with the NFC race going like it is, we cannot afford to lose games... especially division games. Has anyone else picked this guy up yet?

I guess you're right, but Rumph should be progressing faster since he's been playing in the league a little while longer. There's not a lot of second year CB's that get thrust into the #1 role at the start of the season. I think Rogers doesn't believe himself that he is ready which is making his play suffer.

As for Rogers dropping INT's, I wouldn't complain too much about that. #28 probably would have had over a 100 INT's in his career if he had better hands.

He just better be one expensive anchor for when we get to the Super Bowl and dont have to worry so much as a rookie back there.
I just hope this team starts rolling and building momentum and come January what little or lot Archuleta does makes this look like a flawless unpenetrable defense.
agreed. at least he has a hot wife or something.

Yeah but at least Green caught one once in a while. Rogers has 2 career INTs and he's probably had at least 5 bounce off his chest. He needs to start making plays in order to win some respect from his opponents.

We didnt want that tool anyways, I live in milwaukee the heart of packer land, I've watched many a packer game and like 75% of packer defensive poenalties were on this guy, and word out of camp was he was dumb as a box of rocks. If we wanted alot of holding penalties and illegal contact after five yards penalties this guy is your man, I saw him on numerous occasions after giving up a catch for a first down not even questionable calls and he'd be waving no good no good like he had just knocked somebodies block off. When he was released I was praying he wouldnt end up here. Thank you jags

maybe it was a coaching problem... not something we need to worry about now though.
