Maybe it's me, but I see Reggie Bush in the pros a lot like he was in college -- a part time player. Normally I'm behind the small guys, but I just don't know with him. Hopefully he proves me wrong, because he is exciting to watch.

I wouldn't be so sure a trade with the Jets gets Houston Brick. I could definitely see NO going after him. NO has good receivers, NO has an awesome RB (when healthy, which is a little bit of a problem, but Stecker is solid too), NO has a new QB who has been doing well, and NO has a few good Olinemen. Their other tackle, whos name I can never remember, is VERY solid for them.

Right, and I still feel like he's going where the money is, but something else is telling me he REALLY wants to stick it to the Skins.

Is Domanick Davis really a cornerstone running back?

It's not a smokescreen, but if the Texans pick first, they will take Bush. They may seriously be pursuing a move down. I think Reggie makes them a playoff contender, but if they want to build a super bowl contender over the next few years, they should try to trade down.

They have added some line help in the offseason. I'm assuming they will add more in the draft.

I've heard a scenario on talk radio that would send both of denver's first round picks this year, and a second or third round also plus their 2nd or third next year to trade up to the texans spot to take Bush.

I hadn't heard that one. I had hear about Denver trading their picks with Green Bay so they can take Vernon Davis at #5 before the Niners can grab him.

Considering the Broncos track record with finding running backs why would they give up so much to move up to get Bush?

B/c he would just dominate teams in that rushing system. Look what mediocre RB's do and look what Portis did his first 2 seasons

the guy on the show was saying that everyone since Portis left has been marginal and the guy felt that Bush is better comming out than portis so inturn getting a back like Bush will make them an AFC Juggernaut, instant contender for the superbowl basically.

This won't happen. If for no other reason that Shanahan's ego. I think it's a stretch to project him to take a RB in the first round much less first overall.

i still honestly believe houston will take him. it might not be their biggest need, but you don't pass up gold when it is in front of you
