Was hoping Austin would be further along by now... wouldnt be surprised if the McCardell thing was true. Also wouldnt be surprised if in his limited action whoever was qbing didnt really look his way.

As much as people want him to be, he's just not that special. I think the sixth spot will be a pretty open competition between Austin & Robinson. If it's close, they may give it Austin and stash Robinson on the PS for another year.

I think he needed to be called out by Shanahan because his performance simply isn't cutting it. Honestly it's just plain disappointing to see his inability to consistently play up to his obvious potential. I'm not sure what it's going to take to get him playing the way he should be... |
