The first few games I played I admit I wasn't having much fun. Even on slow the game speed feels fast. Perhaps because I was so used to NCAA.

Also got to tweak the sliders to your liking.

Did they fixed that whole problem of the runningback collapsing to the floor even when he is barely touched by a defensive player? I didn't like that in last year's Madden.

Re: Madden 25

I got paid today (unexpectedly soon considering I just started working last week) so I'm picking this up tomorrow.

Hope it's good.

It still happens once in a while, but for the most part they've cleaned up that stuff.

If anything the backs are maybe a little overpowered. You can truck the shit out of the defense. Morris will plow through a couple of guys before he goes down. Stiff arms are nasty too. I've had to turn up the tackling slider for the D.

Re: Madden 25

Running is really easy this year (maybe it's just AlfMo & RGIII). I'm thinking of adjusting the sliders a bit to compensate.

Yeah running is way too easy. Gotta work the sliders.

Re: Madden 25

Yeah I got a copy the first day it came out. I'm a big Ultimate Team guy myself, but the running is "smoother" this year. When you back runs up into the back of one of his O-Line men, he will use his free arm to sort of push off to get around the guy, which is more realistic than the "butt fumble, Mark Sanchez" type move they would do last year. I will also say that the DBs are nasty this year, as far as picks go. You really have to have a pretty good open window to complete a pass. I play on All Pro and a good corner or saftey will snatch anything close if he is near the ball.

Re: Madden 25

Does anyone know if there is a way to play with Sean Taylor but still control the whole team in connected careers (franchise) mode? Would be a lot of fun. Still awesome to be able to use him though.

Re: Madden 25

anyone know if they fixed the salary cap glitch that was present in madden 13?
it kinda ruined the game for me, i would be over negative $40m up until the draft - never a chance to sign any free agents.

i was able to amass over 20 1st round picks every season but it was extremely hard to trade for top shelf talent.

i'm waiting for the price to go down before i buy this one; still playing 13, in the 5th season on my franchise.

Good slider set

Can't believe it but the game actually plays much smoother with them

Re: Madden 25

I'm pissy that the roster update doesn't work at all in connected franchise, at least not for the PS3.

Update rosters, import roster into connected franchise and viola! You still have the same old ass roster before the update!

EA really twists my dreads.

Re: Madden 25

good news, i signed verner and tate; on the cheap:
verner 7 year/ 42m / 7m guaranteed
tate 7 year / 27.3m / 6.3m guaranteed

i really like that you can save your ccm during the draft in madden 25.
