Re: Chicken Marinade
She and I work for the same university, so I'm surprised it doesn't happen more often.
She just isn't adventurous enough to try this empty room that only I HAVE a key to where I store computers here.

Re: Chicken Marinade
It probably has something to do with your fantasy of her being the sexy co-ed needing computer help, who comes to the dorky IT guy with slicked back hair, white shirt, glasses with tape on bridge, and pocket protector...

Re: Chicken Marinade
Ok, here ya go.
No matter if you have wangs or other chicken pieces, or no matter if you have a gas grill I can give you some solid advice on Chicken Choking and mean Cooking. If you can prep stuff in advance it will help out a lot. Get yer chicken pieces out of the pack and wash them off real well. and put in a bowl. In that bowl add A tablesppon of olive oil and equal amount of lemon or lime juice. Toss that around real well and get all of them coated. Now in a dry bowl mix: 1 tablespoon Parika 1/4 tbsp Black Pepper 1/4 tbsp Sugar 1/4 tbsp Salt Teaspoon Onion Powder tsp Garlic Powder tsp Dry Mustard Or whatever you have that is close to that. Toss that on the chicken and flop around until evenly coated. Put on grill to an internal temp of 180 or till juice runs CLEAR. Take off the grill and step away from other people...you will want to slap someone. Go to my Que site and check or ask food questions anytime. peace mike Pit Pirate BBQ - Award Winning Carolina Style BBQ - Home
