Re: possible solution

Year 1:
Fire Zorn, Fire Vinny
Hire Jimmy Raye of the Chargers
Promote Jerry Grey to head coach, Retain Shermin Lewis
Franchise Jason Campbell, trade Malcolm Kelly for picks.
Draft a tackle, and a QB
Target O.J. Atogwe in free agency to play FS move Landry to SS
Also target D'Qwell Jackson to replace London Fletcher at MLB (strictly for age)

Year 2:
If Jerry Gray doesn't do well let GM Raye replace him with his choice.

no clausen because he is not that good. half his long balls are always underthrown bad. also he is wayyyyyyyyyy too full of himself. FOR EXAMPLE: he took a limousine to his college signing day, which to me is way to much for a HS player going into college.

he wont be a good pro. next ryan leaf. Clausen = lose

just some concern that will fall on deaf ears i am sure.

yessir,

on a side note, did anybody see him beat Houston Alexander?

VASTLY improved his ground skills. i could see a kimbo/lesner fight in a year or something.

What do you think that we'd get for Kelly... also, picks.. meaning plural?

There are a few players I see with value. If I was the GM, I would be shopping these guys for draft Picks:
Malcolm Kelly
Anthony Montgomery
Antwaan Randel El
Ladel Betts

When I was speaking of Kelly, if I was the GM I would pursue trading down in the second and Package that with Kelly to pick a third rounder, and hopefully a 6th.

I would say not much value given age and injuries.

I agree but a 6th or a 7th rounder is better than nothing. Or maybe we could use those guys as package players.

Re: possible solution

How much do you want to bet, that if Vinny is retained, we'll finally address the o-line and draft THIS guy?

^^^ That is such a hilarious clip. Seriously, VC would announce his signing, and claim he is an immovable object, as seen by the clip above!
