On the field leadership for the offense does seem to be a problem. You can't discount having a guy that knows how to make sure everybody is on the same page. We have no offensive leader. The defense has Fletcher and to a lesser degree Doughty but I'm not seeing Campbell doing anything special to help the offense focus. Even when the Redskins should have been in obvious hurry-up at the end of the game, Campbell wasn't, for lack of a better word, behaving like a leader needs to be. He was cool and calm to be sure but that presence wasn't rubbing off on his players.

I don't know, I think statistically the argument for Campbell as a starter is strong but there are intangibles that can't be adequately measured that are just as important.

The guy might be the best kept secret in the NFL..Look what he did for us in 07!

I still got hope! The season is not over BABY!!!
Welcome to board man.

Nice...I can read this post...nice and short, thanks.

After our loss today I don't see any changes being bad for the team at this point. Campbell is gone after this year anyway. After the offseason I don't see how we could offend him anymore than we have.

Maybe I'll feel positive tomorrow, this weekend not only did the Skins lose, but so did the Terps (I'm calling for the coach and asst. coach to get fired), and my two FFL teams are losing.

Too bad Horton and Doughty aren't very well suited to play free safety effectively(they are both pretty slow for deep coverage duties) because Landry needs to be benched.

Save your confidence for your freshman squad. The Skins don't deserve any hope or faith right now.

Good luck to your freshman squad...congratulations on 3-0. Maybe I'll come out and watch some of those games to see a local team win.

Horton is not the problem. More like Landry. If only Doughty played Landry's position.

I am sick of Landry. He is the only player I know that barks at the opposition when he gets burned, misses a tackle or makes a hit after a player makes a first down.

So, what do we do? Knee jerk is to just fire Zorn. We don't just look average, we look lost, uninspired, and we seem to be regressing. That's on the coach.

If you're calling the shots, what do you do to fix the Redskins? Measured steps? Blow it all up and start over?

Obviously our current path isn't working at all, on either side of the ball. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results....
What is next? New head coach and a top 5 1st round pick in april!
