because, as a minority candidate, if someone hires him away from us to a higher position (for some reason), we get comp picks. If we fire him before that happens, we don't.

It's because of you that I will always be pulling for Sam to succeed no matter where he is at .. and he will be successful ( maybe not great) but I will say before his career is done he will have success.. I'm glad I don't have the hate for anyone like that ..
