Vermont Country Store carries them so do some Deli's and smaller grocery stores. They're in a few grocery stores down the shore in NJ.

My vice, Ricotta Cheese. There aren't many thigs in this world I wouldn't eat it off of. There is a commercial for Galbani Ricotta cheese where the woman sprinkles in Chocolate chips and eats it with a spoon and I almost wet myself. :P

I love hard boiled eggs. I hate having to cook and peel them. Unless you do it perfectly and the eggs cooperate, it takes forever to peel them, and there are craters everywhere.

You can buy them pre-peeled from the grocery store, but they have all those slimy preservatives on it, and they're just not the same.

Hard boiled eggs and deviled eggs are top of my grossest food list. Just can’t deal with the texture or smell.

Summo, you must be Italian cause I’m just trying to find how someone sits around eating Ricotta like salsa

Here’s a fool proof way of hard boiling eggs, bring them to a boil with salt and also put a tablespoon of white vinegar in the water, it helps soften up the shells. Once they come to a boil take it off the heat and cover the pot, let them sit for about 10-12 minutes in the hot water. Then put them into an ice bath for about 5 minutes. The shells should come off nice and easy. It’s also better to use older eggs, ones that are close to the expiration date.

The bold part I do. But I think I might have pulled them off maybe a minute early before it got to a real full boil.

I'll have to try the salt and vinegar part next time tho. Thanks.

They are such a handy thing to have around in a pinch, if you can peel them easily.

Vinegar is the key

They also come out good in a pressure cooker

Re: Food Vices

Didn't do anything for the game, but had t-bone steak, baby potatoes, and green beans last night. That was damn good. Green beans are my new favorite vegetable.
