NO WE DON'T. EB lacks creativity and does the same thing over and over.

I mean EB did pretty well with Mahomes development

The argument would be was it Mahomes or Andy or EB ; probably a snyergy of the 3 ; with the loin share coming from Andy / Mahomes

Howell is showing why he was a 5th round pick right now. His internal clock literally is the worst I've ever seen

Shameless self-promotion. It is what it is.

Re: Giants Game Thread

There are maybe 15 guys on this team I would like to keep out if 53. Ron has made a bad team worse.

That is GM Ron.

Coach Ron is never able to out game plan anyone in the first half. His clock management skills and decisions in game are absolutely mind numbing.

Sam regressed in this game. Missed three throws in big spots but I think he is absolutely shell shocked at this point.

EB ran the same weak run play on first down all fucking day and is a big disappointment.

JDR gave up two early touchdowns to a team that couldn’t sniff the endzone since mid September. Woefully ill prepared like his partner in crime.

Our oline is a stinking pile of garbage. Leno is absolutely lost. Wylie should not even be on a practice squad. Gates is embarrassing himself. Two great pickups there by Ron.

Dotson is a bust.

We are an all around failure and if you want this rebuild to be expedited you will be happy to know we are picking top 5 in the draft with a competent fo and staff in place. That is the only good thing about this team right now. Snyder is gone and Harris will get an actual team in place. But throw us a bone and fire Ron tomorrow. Idc who the interim coach is. Show us that you care.

If he doesn't figure it out re: his internal clock then he'll end up becoming a journeyman. He'll stick around because he has the tools, but he's gotta work on his pocket presence.

Re: Giants Game Thread

If you look at our schedule right now 3-14 is an absolute possibility. The worst team we play for the rest of the year just beat us with their backup quarterback and without their stud tackle. Both of whom will be back next time. 3-14 gets us a top 4 pick and is an absolute selling point for Harbaugh. That is sad and exciting all in one.

Exactly this was my pony earlier in the week , there literally has been zero improvement this year on his weakness; AGAIN a weakness that has plagued him since college

No coach is fixing it at this point , it’s on Sam

Bottom five Oline in the game. Tough to QB behind a shit Oline and a non existent running game.

Sam is getting no help.

Yeah, he looks to me to be trying too hard, looking for the big play etc. instead of learning the quick read, dump it off if you have to for no minimal gain, throw it away if nobody is open. Take what's there for the taking and if that's nothing, get nothing rather than a loss.

Re: Giants Game Thread

Sam was a fifth round pick and we got rid of Taylor Heinekie. No harm no foul. He has issues, but all things considered he is the least of what is wrong with this team.

Jahan Dotson was a wasted pick. He literally cannot get open and when he does he drops the ball. That is more of a problem than our fifth round selection at quarterback. Our oline is a bigger problem. Our lb’s are a bigger problem. We will be in position to draft a quarterback in the top 10 no doubt. Probably top 5 because we are not going to be favored in another game. No more Fakcons. No more Broncos or Cardinals. All solid teams from here on out.

This off season and all its firings simply cannot come fast enough.

Regardless what Sam does this year you keep him at the worst he is great back up

If we have opportunity to upgrade QB ( draft / trade / FA) I would not turn that opportunity away at this point with Sam’s current play

Sam has not checked the WE ARE ALL SET AT QB1 box yet

Re: Giants Game Thread

Is there another team in the league whose last two first round picks are doing less for their team than ours?

No but it is game 8. 7 as a starter. Meanwhile we have guys and coaches that have been here years and aren’t checking their own boxes. Including number 1’s and 2’s and trades. If Sam doesn’t work out we lose a fifth round pick. Big deal. Im much more concerned about several other aspects of our team. -

Re: Giants Game Thread

To all the Howell doubters/haters, who would you rather have from this list:

Zach Wilson
Mac Jones
Jimmy G
Russell Wilson
Deshaun Watson
Kenny Pickett
Richardson/Minshew
Tannehill
Daniel Jones
Dak Prescott
Geno Smith
Kyler Murray
Jordan Love
Justin Fields
Desmond Ridder
Baker Mayfield
Derek Carr
Bryce Young

I'd stick with Howell and pass on all of them.
