Perhaps the equipment manager can get Griffin to try bulkier high top cleats to better support his ankles in contrast with the "slippers" that he has been wearing. At first glance, either his feet are very small, or his game shoes are closer to the minimal footwear that punters/kickers play with. I've always thought that he appears to use the lightest (read non-supportive) foot gear.

bummed i dont know who Matich is ... sounds like he is not a radio guy so i wouldnt have an opportunity to hear/see him.
Matich is on the CSN Redskins pre/post game live. If you get Comcast in Baltimore its on channel 6 on game days (when not preempted by CSN's Raven pre/post game). Even when Ravens show preempts the live telecast, they will repeat the Skins show later in the evening. It BMitch, Matich and Czaban. Well worth the watching.

Unlike Sheehan, these guys actually know what they are talking about. (zing! )

Czabe? Chick Hernandez hosts with BMitch and Matich

Matich was a colleague of mine up in Bristol. Murderers row of offices, me, Matich, Matthew Berry, Stephania Bell. Can't say he was up there too often though

Well, how would you know - you were so busy playing catch with D. Brees and sh** (You do not know how much man-envy I have of you. I hate you and want to be you sooo much right now).

Wait ... you're no longer at ESPN? You worked with Ms. Bell? Is that you Mr. Kusalias?? (I kid, I kid!!)

Ugh, don't ever even jokingly confuse me with him. Can not stand him.

Ms. Bell by the way is how you say...magnifique!

Doc has a very arrogant "if you don't play pro sports, your opinion doesn't matter" attitude and he refers to much to the "in my super bowl winning days" for my liking.

Liz Clarke is outstanding. Does the research, asks the right questions. Tremendous addition to Washington Post's staff. Sometimes the smartest ones are the ones who know they don't know enough to presume.

Sheehan's obsession with bringing up Shanahan at every turn this season is wearing on me. Just move on already
Back in the early 90's I met Doc during my bar manager days when we did a radio show with 980. I guess it was 570 back in those days. What an asshole. Arrogant, made rude jokes to the staff, I was shocked at how much of a dick he was. Never liked that guy after that.

I was disgusted with his "analysis" after the Houston loss on ESPN980's MMBQ. He basically was surly, and refused to give any meaningful analysis, saying that it was only warranted after a win. Really? As a fan, I'm much more interested in an expert's analysis after a loss, and on that day, Doc completely mailed it in. Total waste of a segment, for which I'm pretty certain that he collected a check.

Re: Skins-Jags Positives and Negatives

I was on the road for game #1, so this was the first that I got to see Keenan Robinson in a full game.....Wow, we got a keeper there! I honestly think he's the best LB we have from Texas and he doesn't cost $11M.

...and Hatcher, well he is a Man, plain & simple.

Also, I gotta give Tress Way some positive press for filling in on Kickoffs- he did great. And hats off to Forbath for kicking thru an injury.

I'm still not sold 100% n the O-line or Def secondary, but all other aspects are definitely on the rise.

Not often we put up 40 on a team!

Do you honestly think RG3 will return to his rookie season form, has he shown you he can be just a pocket passer?

Its not just Cousins, the team needs a qb who can hand the ball off to Morris and get rid of the ball quickly to very talented receivers.

A bad game or two from Cousins and people will be asking when Griff is coming back. lol

Everytime Ovechkin has been out for the Caps with injury I've seen the same thing. Caps play a decent game or two without him and suddenly people are calling for trades. However once the team starts struggling, particularly during games you can't count the cries for Ovechkin to come back fast enough.

At least Cousins can read beyond the first read...RG3 without any speed or escapability is about as worthless as it gets. People are still enamored with is 2012 performance instead of seeing him for what he has become...a hapless deer caught in a headlight.

This is football, next man up...if Cousins sucks, off with his head and onto the next one.

p.s. I hope I wasn't too trolly.
