Re: Redskins-Ravens: Gameday Thread
Wow are Kerrigan, Sav Rocca, and Hightower the only guys that look ready to play in the regular season? Props to Hightower, but the Raven LBs got his number now. The rosy glasses are indeed getting fogged over.

Agreed. Last year consisted of many firm kicks to the nuts. This year will be a bit of beating but we will be wearing a cup.

Re: Redskins-Ravens: Gameday Thread
Haslett likes to DB blitzes. 3 games 3 sacks.

Re: Redskins-Ravens: Gameday Thread
Rex is doing better on the release. O-line is doing a better job protecting in this series.

Re: Redskins-Ravens: Gameday Thread
Something to keep an eye on: at the two minute warning, Redskins QBs have thrown for better than 8 yards an attempt, even with all the wasted throws because of Raven blitzes that have gotten home.
They've impressed me.

Re: Redskins-Ravens: Gameday Thread
Something the defense is screwing up? Not allowing Beck and Rex to be on the field against the Ravens starters.

Re: Redskins-Ravens: Gameday Thread
this plan of swapping the QB's every 2 series is not the way to determine who should be the starter. a QB cant get into flow of the game like this. as of now grossman has better numbers, but beck play resulted in a TD

Gotta like that play by both Grossman and Gaffney.

Moss and Gaffney are going to be a good combination this season.

Re: Redskins-Ravens: Gameday Thread
So far...
Rex: Will stay in pocket with pressure and make throws... Becks: Will do well bootlegging, moving, but sitting in pocket with pressure... SCARED (due to inexperience with it in years IMO)
