I'll say it again though. Why are you comparing his stats in a vacuum? What about his receivers? Were they open? How much time did he have in the pocket? Do you think any of that factors into a statistic like that?

He made some boneheaded reads and throws last season, I'll give you that but you're making him out to be in the bottom half of the league and that just isn't true.

Please don't share anymore about him LOL. I already don't like the move. This has turned me into crying jordan.

That is a terrible stat.

Just proves he leaves lots of yards on the field. No NFL QB should be completing less than 60%.

I think he is a bottom half QB. Never liked him. Indy has good wr's and the best back in the league and a very good o-line.

For those of you who are old enough, Wentz reminds me exactly of Jay Schroeder.

The only stats that matter to me at this point is what happens in 2022. Throw the rest of them out. New team, new coaches, fresh start. I am now a Carson Wentz fan because he is the QB of my team. End of story.

Since everyone was busting them out I thought I'd join the stat party.

Agreed. Surround him with some more weapons and let's go.

Not a bad comparison.

Schroeder took us to the NFC Championship in 86 and the Raiders to the AFC Championship in 89. I'd take that from Wentz.

I think Schroeder was maybe a little more disliked by his teammates. Wentz seems to have his share of supporters from the Colts.

You better hope he has a really bad year, because if he has a good one….oh boy.

I think the whole "leadership issues" with Wentz was just shit made up by Irsay to justify his knee jerk reaction to get rid of him.

QBR rankings for 2021

For the stats don't matter crowd, it's hard to blow off QBR as meaningless

There were rumblings of it in Philly too, just saying. I am not really devaluing him on it.

I think he complained too much when Hurts was drafted. From the outside looking in, it seems that that people in that organization were split between Hurts and Wentz.
