Me? I'm glad we took one on the chin. The preseason is all about learning what kind of team you've got from the top of the roster to the bottom. A gut check that means nothing come week 1 can't be all that bad. Now coaches will have some shitty film to bust balls over on Monday morning. Use it as a learning tool and move on.
I will admit to saying that we looked very prepared for football last week. This week we got our asses handed to us. If you look at the game though it was really 1 special teams play that separated us from the Ravens in the first half.

Yeagh our pass pro was shakey but the Ravens Blitz packages were something that the Bills couldn't provide. We got some good work tonight.

The 3rd game as you know we will actually game plan for and will give us a better indication of where we are. I was comfortable last week but not over confident. I am not worried after tonight. Ask me after the 3rd quarter next week and I will let you know if I think the sky is falling or not.

As of right now I think that we are a solid football team that has a few things to work out. We'll be fine.

And I don't want to hear that the starters had no pass rush. Orakpo would have had at least 3 sacks but the Ravens held and weren't called.

I haven't seen a game that poorly officiated in a while. They couldn't get anything right, and that call where they said the play was over because of forward progress was just as bad or worse than the call by Hochuli. sp

Hey, Ed Hoculi is a great official. Everone remembers the one terrible call but he is outstanding as an official. What if we were to hold players to the same standard?

Seriously though, I'm not saying that we dominated, but people are acting like we got owned. We got owned score-wise, but really the only thing I learned is that, like you said, we have bad depth and that our first team O and D are going to be pretty good.

You missed my point almost as badly as Oher's holds but I won't argue how good of an official he is.

Last time I check the second and third teamers only play together during preseason. To say that we lack depth is a stretch.

It was obvious that we lack depth on the O-line. The second teamers were a turnstile.

Sorry, I just don't see it that way. I just don't think that they were prepared for the looks that they were getting. Baltimore played as if it were week one with the packages they were using.

Slow down folks. Let's remember with both teams starters in the game it was 3-3.. And WTF is up with that fake punt? Seriously man its preseason.

Ok. What about the play that Grossman fumbled. There was a middle linebacker blitz straight up the middle on that play and the play before. Grossman had no chance. How do you put a positive spin on that one Z-man?

Did anybody catch Albert complaining about Shanahan on the post-game show? He wasn't happy with the way that the coach described his illness to the media this past week and didn't think that he should be playing with second stringers, since he's a nine year vet. He also said that he'll be training on his own again next off season and won't be showing up for the "optional" off-season conditioning.
