Remember, when we kicked their ass with Jeff George? I think it was 33-21. Skins.

I didn't like that at all. Sure, it's preseaon, and Martz ran a lot more stuff than us, but we looked flat all over the field. THere's no reason for that. Lots of stupid penalites as well.

I agree. Too many blown coverages. And I hope they don't use the new rule as an excuse. Smoot's my man, but he was outmatched against Holt.

I'll bet Gibbs was hoping Ramsey would make his QB decision a bit harder tonight. I'm sure he's disappointed that his apparent back-up has looked off all summer

Ramsey looked like a fourth string QB. No rythym or consistency in his pass. And of course he was a sitting duck waiting to be plucked.

On the post game show, the question was asked by James Brown, Is Gibbs mad about this game? Of course they said yes. But, I think Gibbs really wanted to see the players who haven't played this year. Bauman, Jacobs, Betts and Russell haven't shown too much to change his mind I think.

The defense blitzed at the wrong time and paid for it. I haven't seen Bowen and Lott play so poorly. If Bowens' going to be a starter he has to make up for it next game.

its tough trying to decide if we want our starts to play, and run real plays. Or have them not play, and when they do not run real plays but be out of practiec...

we arent goint to keep a third kicker. He did well and proved him self enough that another team will look to pick him up when their kicker goes down.

It's not shown in the game stats on NFL.com but it is in the play by play.

4-1-WAS35 (10:59) K.Stemke punts 58 yards to SL 7, Center-E.Albright. S.McDonald to SL 11 for 4 yards (C.Smith).

look for Brunell to probably play an entire half. Expect Coles and Portis to be done after one drive.

On defense id expect most of them to only play a qtr since a lot are nicked up. Taylor might play the whoel half to get the experience
