Re: Anyone talked to Ramsey?

Ramsey is as good as gone, and has been since Joe Gibbs went down to Auburn's campus a few days before the draft.

I don't like harrington much. I'd rather see Ken Dorsey come in and be a backup. He shined in Miami, but he's playing on a talentless team with not much support... plus he'd be cheap.

I liked Harrington as well coming out, but the word on him is he doesn't take his job that serious, much different than Ramsey.

In the past Gibbs could win with just about anyone at QB, now it seems the tables might have turned.

Re: Anyone talked to Ramsey?

Lets not forget, the Skins have a way of giving up a QB to another team that seems to come back in their face. The Trent Green situation still burns my ass. Seems the organiziation doesn't really know what to look for in a QB. Hopefully, Gibbs knows what it takes to to successful in the NFL. All I ask, if they release Ramsey, make sure he does not have the characteristics needed to burn us with another team later down the line. Everybody seems to like a former Redskin but, I hate when they are on the other side of the field kickin our asses. Hopefully after today we'll be 6-5...Go Skins!

I say we still hold out until we're 100% out of the playoff picture.

I always liked Trent Green but that was just unfortunate timing. No one's fault

Yeah hold out and find out how much Brunell has cooled off. IMO his play put a fork in our season last year!!!!! Ramsey might give this team the spark they need!!!!! IMO !!!!!!!!!!! Brunell has had his shot and once again is proving that he can not play consistently well for the duration of the season! I wanted to rout for him, but he has not been consistant!!!!!!!!!
