I also think that after our team tanks this year, several prominent Redskins will become quite frustrated with the team and request trades.

Re: Curmudgeon's Crystal Ball

well aren't you the most optimistic

Now now now lets not go crazy, we passed 25 times last game and ran 40 times, we are run first. Really if Ramsey was to get injured and not play i think we would look at the bright side of having a QB that looked significantly better during the preseasonthan he did last year.

Well it's pretty apparent from various posts of yours today that you know we're going to suck this year. I guess this will allow you plenty of free time on Sundays now that you won't have to follow the Redskins.

But what I'm wondering is why are you such a big Ramsey fan, Ramseyfan? What has he shown you on a consistent basis to tell you this is the guy, that there is no way this team can be any good unless he's behind center, that no one else is worthy of you honoring them with your nickname?

why aren't you springsmack now? you can't have 20 names at once and you of all people should know about players switching teams.

The same question could apply to you, what have you seen in Brunell to make you confident that he will generate enough offense to beat the Cowboys? Was last year just a mirage or a bad dream when Brunell was starting...guess not since 6-10 is on the record books. Gibbs has created a first rate mess right now. The one thing he was supposed to do is bring continuity and stability, now at the most important position of the offense we have neither.

I don't like Brunell, he is a back-up if that, at best, he is not starter material. This whole situation was handled poorly and it is purely because Gibbs has too much pride to accept that Brunell was a mistake. If Gibbs is going to put Brunell above the team, and the IF the team does tank with Brunell, then plain and simple GIBBS MUST GO! And we need to finally get a real GM to handle players/contracts/salary cap.

and apparently you're ssure we're going to be awesome, so there's no point for you to watch either Why can't people have their own opinions without their loyalty being called into question?
