Re: Around the NFL: NFC East
Obviously we're all biased. Almost all of us skins fans said Redskins would go 10-6, and we had the Cowboys at 8-8 or worse. I'll bet all Cowboys fans would be guilty of the opposite.
And they'd be wrong. WICKED BURN |

Re: Around the NFL: NFC East
Redskins: 11-5 - It's Joe Gibbs' second year. Check out his record of how he does in his second year ANYWHERE.
Eagirls: 10-6 - Waning confidence and injuries will be a factor. Cowpukes: 8-8 - Bledsoe + shaky offensive line= 8 and 8. Could be even worse with the right injury. JJ is WAY overrated. Gints: 8-8 - Better than most think, but Eli will make enough mistakes to lose the close games. My predictions hold as much weight as most predictions. Helium in space. But..."Fuck it, Dude. Let's go bowling". |

Re: Around the NFL: NFC East
Eagles 9 - 7
Redskins 9-7 Dallas 8 - 8 Giants 7 - 9 Redskins, Cowboys, and Giants will all improve...this will be Dallas' best season before having to go through a huge rebuilding period. The Eagles will become more medicore in the next couple of years.

Re: Around the NFL: NFC East
Eagles 10 - 6
Redskins 9-7 Dallas 8 - 8 Giants 6 - 10 I have looked hard at our schedule to try to evaluate the games we should win and the teams we usually beat. We could easily win 2 more or less. Wins: Bears Cowboys Seahawks 49ers Giants Bucs Rams Cardinals Giants Loses: Philly Philly * Cowboys Oakland * Chargers * Chiefs Broncos * Games we could win...

Re: Around the NFL: NFC East
very cool many of us have us behind the e girls by one game or tied with them. How awsome would that last game be if a playoff spot is on the line for both teams.
I will reserve MY OFFICIAL predicitions for the SEPT 10. but here is my unofficial, uncommitted, very deniable prediction, E-GIRLS 11-5 REDSKINS 10-6 Dal ASS 8-8 Gints- 7-9 UNOFFICIAL UNCOMMITTED VERY DENIABLE Last edited by BigSKINBauer; 08-31-2005 at 04:10 PM. |

Re: Around the NFL: NFC East
That Guy I expressed that some was really biased and I said wich one I thought were good at the time that I made my post, but the mayority are putting the skins to win the division based on NOTHING just because they're the Skins come on that's just plain dumb more so that your team hasn't win the division in how many years? and what was the last year they made the playoff?...... You didn't upgrade your in the offseason if so you lost key players didn't had a great draft for this year. You don't know how good Ramsey will play and how many changes Gibbs is doing to a offense that was totally predictible last year.
I made an analysis on the pros and cons on every team including mine and you can't argue that dallas was that 1 that attacked the mayority of their problems and I said that the 10-6 prediction is based on bledsoe just being a capable QB just like carter was his last year with the boys he doesn't need to be perfect but he has to not make so many mistakes and our team is 2 times better than the last 10-6 season. I'm just playing the numbers and as I said I think the Eagles will take the division because they still have a good team and great defense and the know how to win and are proud of it...The skins haven't shown that and basiclly some of your best players don't like to play for your coach or don't believe in him that's it. You lost your 2 best wr for Christ sake you don't have a safety to help taylor he is a problem by himself your CB is a rookie who was injured and it's just starting to play your best LB it's angry with the organisation and comming from 2 mayor surgeries do I go on.... Come on be realistic I don't say trow the towel just yet but to say hey they taking the division or say that RIGHT NOW they're better that D'BOYZ it ain't real they just might you never know we have the chargers last year as an example but C'mon you never saw that 1 comming instead I bet you wouldn't had bet a $1 dollar to them before the season. They might do better than the 8-8 prediction I placed but right now it ain't there and it ain't real and they might do worse, but to say that D'Boyz suck or will finsih third or fourth in the divison just becasue they're D'Boyz THATS BIASED give me an analysis with good stated facts why you believe your team it's going to be better and we can have a conversation but don't stand there and say they are better becasue they are REALLY |

Re: Around the NFL: NFC East
how bout this
we gained: *rodgers, rookie, but is more physsical than smoot, and that's why gregg let him walk *lavar arrington, pro bowl top OLB capable of deflecting massive numbers of passes and getting good sack numbers *phillip daniels, starting quality DE and an upgrade our line could really use *jon jansen, monster tackle and great locker room guy *rabach, the best center available this season and a major upgrade over raymer *nemo, big short yardage back.. not to mention rock is also still on the team (11/14 in 3rd and 1 situations) expanded roles for cooley, betts, a brown (wr/returner), and some of last years defensive rookies (clemons, wilds, evans) blocking schemes better fitted for portis shotgun formations better suited for ramsey deep threats at WR to get 8 and 9 out of the box for portis quality depth at LB, S, oline, WR, RB better depth at DT and QB this year stability among FO and coaching staff you never heard of pierce before last year and GW wouldn't have let him go if he didn't have a replacement (lemar btw, played all last year for lavar and roomed with/studied with pierce all year and has looked fine so far). so as for having a bad offseason, i think maybe you listen to too many dr Z articles the cowboys meanwhile have traded one over the hill QB for another that'll be even WORSE if that line continues to suck like it has thusfar. You've changed defenses and plan on immediate rookie impacts, which is very rare (especially when you need multiple rookies to show up). Last year the cowboys dropped 4 games from 2003, the skins gained one. You don't have any real depth at QB and bledsoe tempts fate early and often with his lead feet. "I mean come on, to look at it realisticly and say the cowroids are in any way better than the redskins RIGHT NOW it just aint real" :P hate to tell you they both went six and ten, so that shits not going to fly with me |

Re: Around the NFL: NFC East
Tell you what gentlemen..
If the Skins win 10 or more games this year, I will go out and but a Skin's jersey Considering how flawed the teams in this division outside Philly are, there is no way the Giants, Skins, or the Cowboys will challenge
