We are trending in the right direction, but still have a ways to go to be contenders.
What you posted in this paragraph is the nut of the entire season. I'm surprised that any of the smart people here were surprised and disappointed that we've run into a losing streak. This is the first year of our rebuild. We'll be a much better team in a year or two. Meanwhile, we're doing pretty well putting this thing together. We have many positions where we need to improve our personnel and, in time, I believe we will.

Meanwhile I ask all posters to please stop doubting Adam Peters who has already done more for this franchise and fanbase than anyone else has done in a very long time. And please get off JD's case while you're at it. He didn't call the shitty offensive game against Dallas. He simply ran the plays that KK called.

Speaking of Dallas, the kind of weird things that happened to us in this game have happened in many other losses to Dallas since 1960. Look it up. We are particularly vulnerable to the Cowboys when they play a backup QB against us. Personally, I suspect that Jerry put a voodoo curse on us long ago that is still doing its evil work today. It's the only logical explanation for all the misery the Cowboys have inflicted on us.

Holy fuck…I just saw the titans put up 32 on the Texans today and won on the road.

Anyone thinking the titans is a win needs to be committed immediately

You still have a good team. They are young and some injuries are starting to show but you guys are still a very good team.

Texans just spanked Dallas. This has become an absolute nightmare. 7-2 and now 7-5 and getting worse since the Steelers game. We are witnessing a collapse of epic proportion. Quinn has a habit of doing this huh? This is the season long version of the Superbowl collapse.

We aren’t a good team. We won with smoke and mirrors and had a little luck in the first Giants game and against the Bears.

This team is 7-5 and crashing. The only team they might be favored is the Saints.

Titans- They should be favored and now should win.
@Saints- Last game we might be favored but it’s only 50-50 we win.
Eagles- They will be favored and will blow us out.
Falcons- Kirk will be favored and likely beats us.
@Boys- They will be favored. If they beat us at home, they will beat us on the road.

Honestly, at best we finish 1-4 or 0-5 to 8-9 or 7-10.

They fooled everyone and most of us bought the hype.

Bad loss, bad luck and more poor coaching choices.

Onto Tennessee

If the season was who wants to be a millionaire, we opened the box with a million dollars in it today. That was such a must win. That rancid sack of shit owner and team put our season in jeopardy, and we were supposed to end theirs. This loss is probably about a painful a loss in as long as i remember all things considered. Tough pill to swallow for sure.

I completely disagree. Jayden Daniel’s is a rookie after all. This is the 1st year of the new regime. Jayden is likely still feeling the effects of his injury and being a little too meek. This team definitely needs their bye. It stinks that it’s so late. Hopefully earlier next year.

We should be proud of the strides they have made. Everyone is paid to play. Dallas was on a 5 game losing streak, you don’t think they were desperate to win?

Re: Cowboys at Commanders "WTF was that" post game thread

guys .. go and watch the first half ( i just did) This is not on JD .. Ertz broke off the route and penalty, Brown had the ball bounce off his chest , B rob had the ball in his hands and dallas took it away .. JD had two long passes (no completion)one to Terry and the other to Brown could have been caught .. at least the good WR's catch them . JD had 2 long runs that kept drives going .I was trying to find something to point at JD and I don't see it .. JD had some pressure put on him at times .before half 3 plays in a row he scrambled just to not get sacked .. Tell me the plays that point to JD being bad ..

At least 10-7? Thats the floor? Id say that is an absolute ceiling right now. We are beating who for sure? We got a Titan team who beat the Texans today. We got Philly and Dallas. We got Kirk and the Falcons. Saints are on the road. I mean “at least 10-7 “ sounds like a fairytale. Not about being rah rah or doomsday or anything. Its about being honest about what we are seeing, and today was eye opening in a bad way. This team has a long way to go.
