Rod Marinelli went 0-16 as HC of the Lions and got several coaching jobs after he got fired.

Ron may never coach again, because he'll probably retire from coaching after this. But I doubt there won't be any opportunities if he decides to continue.

I wonder with all the rules that hinder the D in todays game just how many so called great D coordinators would fail today ... the game has really changed and old school coaches need to adapt .. we need younger coaches who understand todays game ..
