Re: Philly postgame week 1
We’ve talked RK, Chase.
Check that box score...Matty I had 1.5 sacks today. Just a quiet baller. Montez, Payne, Allen all got in the act too. Yo, that rookie Curl...dude flashed a lil bit today.

Re: Philly postgame week 1
This team is going to have to win games just like they did today. That d-line rotation, keeping everyone fresh, that seemed to be the difference today. In the past it seems like there wasn't much of one and guys just wore down. That was not the case today. Those guys were just eating.
I just feel w/ Haskins, he's just never going to be a accurate passer. His shot-put motion, footwork, it just isn't good enough at the NFL level. But he didn't have any turnovers, Wentz did and that was a huge difference. |

Re: Philly postgame week 1
Our run game was not good. I wonder if AP could have helped. 24 carries for 93 yards with Detroit.
Also shoutout to Moreland. |

Re: Philly postgame week 1
D looked great but that was a very depleted Philly O. A better test next week I think? O is a concern hopefully they will get in sync but that was a solid game management O given the circumstances. A win against a divisional opponent since 2018 so I'll take it.

Re: Philly postgame week 1
Nfl.com reporting Haskins made the halftime egg while RR had a (planned) IV. Apparently said all the right things and apparently got them up for the 2nd half. Maybe he won't be the franchise QB we are looking for, but seems he has the leadership qualities at least. Maybe the confidence boost with the win will carry on into next week?

Re: Philly postgame week 1
Our D is legit, our O will improve as the season progresses Young makes such a difference, my boy Moreland and Fuller should be the starting CB’s.

Re: Philly postgame week 1
Haskins started slow but he did enough to win today. Same goes for the rest of the team. Also first opening game win since 2014, that is crazy to me. For one week, we're happy. Can't wait to see how this team does when everything is firing on all cylinders.

Re: Philly postgame week 1
Just a few random thoughts about today...
The Game: I was impressed with the persistence of the team and Haskins seemed to play well! The Radio Broadcast: I was working at my part time job all day and listened to the Sports Talk 980 stream most of the day, and I actually enjoyed listening to the broadcast team. Personally I think that Julie Donaldson, Bram Wiestien, and Fred Smoot did well. The Uniforms: While kind of plain, I did like the look of the uniforms. Personally, however, I would prefer the gold (yellow) pants with the Burgundy jerseys as opposed to white pants. Just my thoughts Sent from my SM-G975U1 using Tapatalk

Re: Philly postgame week 1
Time to put a fork on AP, I want to see Bryce Love instead of #38.
