He’s already a VP and Kyle ran this years draft.

I believe in the bold part, it does not matter who is new GM. Whoever is the new GM should be the one who hires new coach (even if GM believe in Gruden and decides to stick with him). I don't really know much about Kyle Smith other than what people are saying about him - I would not oppose to promoting Kyle Smith to GM. We can only hope Snyder will come to senses and move on from Allen, or at least change his job position if he really wants to keep Allen within Redskins organization.

I am really hoping we will keep Tomsula and Gray, it is evident both coaches play significant role in shaping up our defense.

Norman still plays hard and can make plays here and there but he would have to restructure.

Jon Allen isn't that good, I know people will argue with that but the tape doesn't lie, he hardly ever wins his matchups. Idk if he's just an average player or if its a scheme thing.

Foster is what he is , slow in coverage but a good run defender.

Smith and RK have no speed off the edge, both are guys that I really wouldn't mind seeing let go.

PS: RK stop with the HBK shit already, u make plays when the games never matter 90% of the time. Also U are like 30 man, grow up.

HAHA has done jack shit since coming to DC.

DJ is good but he talks too much and doesn't always back it up.

Dunbar can't be relied on to stay healthy.

Dunbar has a nerve injury, which are the worst to predict in terms of recovery and whatnot. I think the biggest thing with him is whether this will affect him beyond this season.

I would be okay with shutting down Trent and Dunbar for the rest of the season.

I would also be looking to trade Norman, if next year is his last year and if Dunbar can come back from this injury (hence my suggestion of shutting him down). Despite of the miscues, he's had a number of picks this year, and teams will be interested in him because of that.

What tape are you referring to on Allen?

He grades as consistently as anyone on the defense week in and week out on Cooley's film breakdowns.

Allen, Payne, and Ioannidis have been the bright spots.

He was good against Dallas on THXG but he has vanished in a lot of games.

Matt I. has been the best DL we have had all yr.

Cooley says teams scheme for Allen, right?

Remember Ioannidis' production after Allen went out last year?

Eh idk if they really scheme for him as much as teams do others but I do know he isn't doubled a lot. He's a good player but he isn't what we needed him to be with the 17 overall pick. I hope he gets better and he could.

Chris Russell said on The Junkies this morning that he's been hearing rumors around Redskins Park that BA's job may be in jeopardy. Maybe there's hope.

I want to believe but that dude is such a gossip, it's hard to take anything he says seriously.

Re: Time to clean house 1.0.

In the last 5 weeks (1-4)

The team is allowing an average of 422 YPG

Only gaining on average 299 YPG

That folks is how you go 1-4 in that stretch

"The Redskins are now 58-84-1 in Bruce Allen's 9+ seasons running the team. GM spot in that time included McCloughan saga, Jay Gruden is his 3rd coach. The QB situation has involved the McNabb trade & extension, Griffin fall from grace, Cousins fiasco and Smith trade/ extension."

I mean, he should have been gone years ago...the Alex Smith contract extension was the coup de gras from that bastard. I swear...here a final albatross around your neck to wear for the next couple years.
