Troutman is a gamer, no doubt about it. However, I would have to see if he can handle blocking assignments against 300 lbs DE/DT. Also speed is an issue. Does anyone know what his 40 is...?
I know on the court he moves very fast from baseline to baseline, but open field sprints are whole different story. Still I'm very excited to hear that the Skins are going to give him a look. Troutman would create mis-matchs for Dbacks & LB's if he's got what it takes. LB's would not be able to keep up with him & Dbacks would not be able to tackle him easily. Now that they've outlawed shoulder pad tackling he would be even harder to take down, since that was what smaller players were being taught to do against oversized WR/TE's.

he looks nice. hopefully he might be the next antonio gates. the skins said they released troutman because he hasn't played football in a long time and it would take him a long time to develop into a good player.
