We haven't beat a rookie qb in a long time and I don't see Newton being the first.I think Newton will have a big game

I think so too. I'm just hoping our offense shows up next week. I feel like we SHOULD win that game, but I feel like it's a trap game.

5-6 the rest of the way. They finish 8-8.

Apparently not very good.

They get a much needed win in Carolina next week 11-5 under beck....There aint nothing wrong with beck that cannot be fixed with practice

Mega important loss today. The Redskins are going to have to go 7-4 the rest of the way to make the postseason.

Re: Predict the Redskins record for the rest of the season

I could see 6-5 or 5-6 the rest of the way. I don't think we're much better than an 8 or 9 win team right now. Especially with the way our schedule stiffens up.

It's gonna be tough to throw out a decent prediction until we see what Beck looks like as a starter for a full game and a full week's practice with the starters.

Carolina is hardly a guaranteed win when they have the "real" Aubrun QB as their triggerman. Steve Smith is a threat that we must contain or else. And don't underestimate Stewart and Williams.

Newton is good but Carolina has a lot of weakness.

And we have trouble exploiting said weaknesses. Zona gives us SEVEN RZ trips? We only make it out alive by one point and only scored 22 points total.

Philly run D was porous as heck? We couldn't crack even 50 yards rushing.

Beck has the mobility for us to call some new plays. But seriously, Kyle Shanahan is just proving to be an average to poor play caller. He has his moments, but overall pretty unimpressive.

Because we played our third string running back voluntarily for 80% of the offensive snaps.

had beck been under center..I can just about promise you that would of been a blowout...TRUST me on this..the offense looks that much different under him
