I agree with you on the production value of AGS, but I liked all the sub-plots, the cast, and Pacino's locker room speech was kick ass.

One of my favorite sports movies is most definitely Rocky IV though. Not because it's a quality movie but because it's freaking awesome.

This. A thousand times this. I used to live about a mile from TC Williams back when I was younger, and I got really excited thinking about my future and possibly going there when I was older when Remember the Titans first came out, but things didn't work out that way. But still, that'll always be an amazing movie and I completely agree that I have no idea how it wasn't included on that list.

What's everyone's obession with Any Given Sunday. The movie sucked. Sure its got a few nice quotes but over all it really was a horrible movie.

I have to agree, I thought it was horrible. Oliver Stone's stuff tends to be real hit or miss to me, this one was a big miss.

I watched Bull Durham again the other day. Good flick.

I always really liked Field Of Dreams, The Natural, The Program, Remember the Titans, the first 3 Rocky movies, and Hoosiers.

Does Talladega Nights count?
