Re: Would You Rather...
Yup, that's what I meant. And by the way, I remember you being one of the few protesting the Mike Shanahan move. One more loss and you can probably give us the ol' "I told you so".

Re: Would You Rather...
The only issue I have with Shanahan is his love for players who work hard. Look I have nothing but respect for a guy like Lorenzo Alexander, but he is not the guy you put on the field when the game is on the line.
Philip Buchanon also brought a little bit of the Detroit secondary over to the Redskins and with any luck changes will be made this week. |

Re: Would You Rather...
Can you say Jim Harbaugh? That's who they should have hired and someone will. If the 49ers continue to screw up they should fire Singletary and jump all over Harbaugh.

Re: Would You Rather...
Anything with the words and combination of Jason campbell VS something else..I always go for the Something else.
Doesn't matter...Chuck Norris and Jason Campbell VS Bruce Lee and Pee wee Herman= Lee and Herman George Washington and Jason Campbell VS B.Obama and M.Obama...got to go with Obama's...(that was tough call) Titanic,Avatar and Jason Campbell VS Amazon women on the moon,Death wish 4 and the bridge on the river kwai...you know the answer! 1963 stingray Corvette,1967 Mustang and Jason Campbell VS 1984 Ugo,any year of the Ford Taurus and a 1988 Pinto...give me the Ugo,taurus and Pinto baby!! Seriously,I wouldn't change anything, if it meant we had JC back... As bad as we were tonight,we were still more exciting than last season... But Haslett needs to get his act together for sure!!

Re: Would You Rather...
Like I said a while back Buchanon never should have made this team, it was a mistake to get rid of Tryon.

Re: Would You Rather...
Campbell and Blache (and let's not forget Zorn) were 4-12 last year. **** that.
I know y'all want instant gratification, but please. Those guys are gone for a reason. We want a turnover creating 3-4 and a balanced Mcnabb led shanny attack. Give it a few seasons (seriously). Then we'll talk.

Re: Would You Rather...
And, IMHO, it's really not the coaches, in the end. We just do not have the talent. I'm sorry folks, but that's the truth. We've got a few good players, but how many all-pros do we have? We do not exactly strike fear into the hearts of our opponents.
Thanks again, Vinny!

Re: Would You Rather...
Blache was crappy too. Landry stunk and we gave up bomb after bomb.
We also were gashed often enough on the run. Not much difference.

Re: Would You Rather...
Time!!....That's a word Redskin fans know nothing about. This coaching staff will be rediculed and talked about unmercifully just like the previous ones, if the team continues to lose games. We've seen this so many times before.

One thing I've noticed that seems to be missing from Shanahan's demeanor is a little fire and demand for accountability. At the end of last night's post-game press conference he sounded as if he was ready to go pop a cork. No emotion when your team continues to puts on these dismal performances. Going forward, it will be interesting to see just how committed we'll remain to a work in progress.
