I was born in 80, and like schneed said, I think i was a bit too young. More into GI Joe, Transformers and Thundercats during that time frame than those movies.

I was born in 86 and I've seen Lost Boys... But then again, I love 80s movies..

I tend to think it has less to do with the industry as it does with the parenting. The type of parents who get their kids involved in Hollywood seem to be less concerned with raising their child well as people and more concerned with getting their kids somewhere in the world. Big difference. Of course that is a vast generalization but it seems appropriate.

Looks like the only one that has had major success. Also, from that Hughes tribute during the Oscars, anybody get the feeling that we'll hear some bad news about Judd Nelson sometime in the near future?

Re: RIP Corey Haim

Who is Troy Ackiman? Just f'n with you. This is crazy because when I got up this morning I turned on the TV and Silver Bullet was on, watched it as I got ready for work.

Thanks for Lucas, Silver Bullet, Licence to Drive, Lost Boys, and Lost Boys.
The movie was that good I had to say it twice!

I loved License to Drive and Lost Boys when I was a kid. Hollywood really chews people up. It's gross.

If I had to guess, I'd say Lindsey Lohan may go this route at some point. I sure hope not though. Anyway, I don't want to go the morbid route of predicting death.

Blown Away.

That movie is a pedophiles dream come true. Storyline sucks and acting is even worse. Through the whole movie it just seemed like the producer and director just wanted to film Haim, Feldman and Eggert naked and fondling each other. It's disturbing because even though they are in their young 20's they still look like they're teenagers...pretty revolting seeing Haim's ass thrusting about.

Re: RIP Corey Haim

Wasn't he on the "Two Cories?" If so then I'm actually not to surprised that this happened. Definitely sorry that it happened, but from watching the show apparently drugs were an ongoing problem with him.
