Re: Buy American or The Best Available?

At one point I decided to buy all Made In US but its much harder then one would think. I finally gave up after a couple of weeks. As for this case you go with the best product period.

I used to be a "Buy American ONLY" type person. But then I put down the flag and started looking out for my best interests.

BTW, should Japanese people buy only Japanese products? Or don't we want them to buy American products too?

Best available, I don't care where it's made.

The Japanese are pretty xenophobic (at least when I was there) so they generally buy Japanese.

I'd imagine most people don't even know where a lot of the stuff they own is made.

Your custom title under your username I think is off by a year. Unless you're saying next season will be a Super Bowl winning season for us

The Champ/season year is so diffcult in football because you start in one and end in another. I guess you go by the year you started in but I have seen many people go with the year the SB is palyed in.

This is the 2009 season but if you win the SB you win the 2010 SB. It'd be silly to call either anything different. I don't think they HAVE to match either.

I meant at the end of this season, but I am not really that choosy, we can be SB runner ups this year, and SB Champs next also.

And when I wrote it, i honestly fretted as to whether it was 2009, or 2010, but if I ended up deciding if I put 2009, someone would say Pitt won it this year so we can't win in 2009

Just win the SB I will correct the title once we win it!

Word. I was just saying since you had 82, 87, 91 up already it seemed like you were going with the year in which the SB winning season began. Not so much when the actual Super Bowl was won.

Not a big deal, you're just on my sh*t list now. Way to go!

Duly noted. I want to thank JoeRedskin for his plea on my behalf. I am very sorry that I was not able to live up to that lofty recommendation, but alas, I shall bear the mark of shame through Preseason and, perhaps, beyond.

(Hey do I get a T-shirt with the actual quote or anything?)
