Re: Thumbs Up and Thumbs Down
Zorn called a good game???? Can you give some examples of good play calls, I thought he made some absolutely horrible decisions this game.

Re: Thumbs Up and Thumbs Down
REAL lame. Thumbs up = Landry-Hall-Taylor-Fletcher-Plackemeier Thumbs down = Fabini-Moore-Whoevers responsible for that return on the missed FG

Re: Thumbs Up and Thumbs Down
Hall got lucky DeSean Jackson dropped a TD and a long gainer. I'm sorry but I would not sign Hall for more than 3 years. I still don't trust him.

Re: Thumbs Up and Thumbs Down
Well, we definitely shouldn't give him the kind of contract Oakland did, however I think we need him on this team for sure. He had an outstanding game today. Desean's dropped TD isn't reason alone to have worries about him.

Re: Thumbs Up and Thumbs Down
Zorn tried to run the ball in the 4th quarter to no avail. The run blocking was just plain and simply awful. Let's not forget that running the ball in the 4th quarter is how we beat both Dallas and Philly earlier in the season. So he basically was going with what had worked before. This is another example of how the o-line brings this team down.

Re: Thumbs Up and Thumbs Down
Thumbs up to Jason Taylor. It took em up until week 16 to show up to the party but nonetheless a player we cant give up on. I expect him to get to the QB next week in SF too. Itll be nice to have a healthy Jason Taylor next season.
DeAngelo Hall...RE-SIGN HIM! We Will. Hes Ours. London Fletcher & Laron Landry...Need I Say More?

Re: Thumbs Up and Thumbs Down
thumbs up- Zorn's play calling. he called winning football. that game was all about field position.
thumbs down- Zorn, for trying that long field goal. the redskins were lucky that baby wasn't run back for a touchdown

Re: Thumbs Up and Thumbs Down
Thumbs up - defense and special teams; they put us in great situations to crush the Eagles pretty much the whole 4th quarter
Thumbs down - JC and the offense; had great field position in the 4th quarter and couldn't drive the dagger home. I don't know about you guys but JC is is not looking like a pro QB the last half of this season. I know that the o-line has a lot to do with the production of this offense, but he is not making good decisions. I would like to see an open competition going into next years traning camp. |

Re: Thumbs Up and Thumbs Down
One other note about that 54 yard FG attempt, did you notice how Zorn called a timeout right before it?
Way to go for trying to ice your own kicker, Jim. |

Re: Thumbs Up and Thumbs Down
Up: The D, and the punter.
Down: Campbell. He couldnt hit water from a boat yesterday. The few times he did succeed the receivers need to make great catches to reel in poorly aimed balls. |

Re: Thumbs Up and Thumbs Down
this is something that coach is definitely going to have to get better at. it seems like any decisions made on the sidelines are never made before hand. its always chaos. lets start thinking ahead, and save some of our timeouts

Re: Thumbs Up and Thumbs Down
There were a few times though where it looked like the receiver maybe didn't run the right route. For example, there was one time when Thomas had to turn back in on a pass. And I suspect that there was a miscommunication there and I'll give the benefit of the doubt to JC there. I think they just need to play more together and that should get better.
