Re: Who's Cooking Turkey And How

I went amd deep fried the turkey. Turned out pretty good and was a nice chance for the guys to get outside and have a nice cigar and some beer. Turned out nicely. I also made stuffing that required 3 lbs shrimp, 1lb bacon and 1lb andouille sausage that was a big hit. I love cajun cuisine.

Somehow I convinced myself that we wouldn't have to do much cooking but as it turned out even ordered food doesn't magically prepare itself nor does it come with a chef and a butler. The turkey was pre-cooked but had to be put into the oven for 3 hours. We also had to spend about an hour and half reheating/baking the mash potatoes, dressing, yams, gravy, and the green beans. All in all the food was served warm and it was the best tasting thanksgiving dinner I've had in a long while. I'm definitely doing it again next year.

Oh and no stomach was hurt during or after eating.

So its more that they prepared the stuff and you had to finish the cooking. So where did you get your meal?

Yup. I bought it at local grocery store called QFC. They only have stores in Washington and Oregon.
