Re: Fantasy Baseball?

I think we should push back the draft by another week or so cuz we only have 5 teams again. plus I've gotta work that night.

Re: Fantasy Baseball?

I was planning on moving it back. It may be hard to get a later draft time, so I'll see what I can do...

EDIT: Draft has been moved to Tuesday March 11 at 8:45pm.

Re: Fantasy Baseball?

Hey, can we invite people we know to play? A friend at work (Bears/Orioles fan) is looking for a league to join.

Re: Fantasy Baseball?

Absolutely. In fact, please do so...as long as they're commited for the whole season.

I'd like to see at least 10 teams in the mix, if not more. And if need be, I can move the draft back but would like it done by the end of next week.

Moving the draft back again?

If we go with 6 teams, just expand the rosters (a lot).

Re: Fantasy Baseball?

it's really strange that with as many members that we have here, that all we can get to sign up for a fantasy baseball league is 6 people.

Re: Fantasy Baseball?

I just registered. Is the draft still at 5:45 tomorrow?

Re: Fantasy Baseball?

I'm going to move the draft back one more time...I'd like to see at least 10 teams in the league. And yes, I find it hard to believe that on a site such as this, we are having such a tough time finding players for this league.

NEW DRAFT DATE: Tuesday March 18, 8:45pm. I promise this is the absolute, end all, be all draft date and time. It's not changing again, and if we have to go with 7, so be it.

I just can't make the time commitment, otherwise I'd definitely be in.

Re: Fantasy Baseball?

I love fantasy baseball, but I've already got two leagues that I pour my competitive juices into. Don't have room for a 3rd. That may be an issue others on this site face as well.

Sounds like fun though guys, enjoy!

PS Take Matt Kemp in the 6th or 7th, Shane Victorino in the 9th or 10th, and Akinori Iwamura in the late teens.
