Re: draft O-line
de, ol, fast cb, wr may be most likely to get us quality starters, though obviously cbs/wrs from the 3rd round or below wouldn't be starting the first 2 years...
at some point i'll dig out the stats and such for guys i'd like to have specifically... probably after the combine. |

Re: draft O-line
Theres one thing I'm sure or. Whoever we draft in the later rounds (2nd-3rd) about 75% of the people on this forum will have never heard of him. I just hope at this point we don't have a bad WTF pick in the first round.

Re: draft O-line
We need to draft a DE early, maybe a DT later, an OG or OG/C in the 2nd or third, maybe another OL late.

Re: draft O-line
We just need to draft good lineman. We are old and not very deep in both of our lines.
DE and OG are a priority but getting the best lineman would be fine. Talented big guys are harder to find. You can get WR's and skill position players anywhere. There are always a ton of them in FA every year. |

Re: draft O-line
I say we use our 2nd rounder on an O-Lineman. I think its VERY important we get another stallwart to grown with the promise behind Heyer. Personally I wouldnt mind if Heyer competes for a starting spot. And wins it. The question however is if we can toss Jansen or Samuels. Both are professional INJURIES waiting to happen. We need youth on that O-Line and we need it fast.
I personally like Chris Williams out of Vandy and Sam Baker out of USC. |

Re: draft O-line
I think we have some solid starters. We just need some serious depth. I'm sure we can dip into some of the later rounds (4th-7th) and pick up a couple of decent backups. And who knows, we might find a diamond in the rough somewhere in there.
