Re: Who Would/Wouldn't Work For?
Well, I don't think anyone who LOVES their job would post there, it's probably not a really reliable place to check out an employer.

Did you look at the website??? They have companies on there that people write about that they love as well. Though I do agree the title of the web site does preposition people to want to say bad things. |

Re: Who Would/Wouldn't Work For?
I can vouch for what's posted there about Progressive, in fact some of those posts are mine. The company is just as bad as the posts say.

Re: Who Would/Wouldn't Work For?
I haven't had enough bad experiences to single out a company I wouldn't work for, but the best company I have worked for was the American Funds.
Great, company to work for. Not perfect, but a great place to be employed. |

Would:
US Gov't (as a contractor) Wouldn't: US Gov't (as an enlisted serviceman) I'm working now for M&M Mars and the environment is the best I've ever been around. I used to work for Embarq (ISP) and they were really relaxed, which helped because level I tech support sucks ass.

I can't believe no one has said they'd work for Hugh Hefner!
I would work for the local, state or federal government. I wouldn't work for a manuacturing company.

Re: Who Would/Wouldn't You Work For?
After thinking about it some more I don't think I would want to work for Google. Can you imagine working at a place where ~2000 employees are multimillionaires and ~8000 are not?
