Re: If the Giants win they are in!
Playing spoiler would be great. But I'm really worried about how our D will hold up with all the injuries. Tiki always has good games against us.

Re: If the Giants win they are in!
If we had Campbell from day 1, I truely feel we'd be in the playoffs right now. Not by much mind you, since our D sucked all year, partly due to flaws, and a lot to do with injuries, but we'd have 7 or 8 wins right now.

I can't handle being the ONLY team from the NFC East not in the playoffs - the Gyants must lose!

Re: If the Giants win they are in!
If the Giants get in, whether it be by beating the skins or everyone else losing, then the NFL should cancel this years play-offs. Rule the season as invalid the same as experimental test results are sometimes deemed invalid.

By winning those three, we're 8-7 and right in the thick of the playoff hunt. Even the 25-22 loss to Tennessee was somewhat manageable -- remember the veteran savvy of Mark Brunell throwing a pick into quadruple coverage on Santana Moss? What hurt us in those games was the offense -- they were catatonic against the Vikings, and played like it was still preseason; woeful and inept in NY; while Campbell's inexperience led to 14 easy points for the Eagles. There's lots of 'woulda, coulda, shoulda' this year. But when your defense holds the opponent to around 19 or 20 points, and your offense can't pick it up a knotch, you don't deserve to participate in the postseason. |

I also recall the defense getting shredded by Travis Henry for a buck 80.

No joke. Teams are backing in left and right in the NFC. The AFC has 4-5 teams as good or better than the Bears.

This is a prime example of how making a QB change to a younger QB can cost a team wins, but it was necessary to get us in position to win next season.

Re: If the Giants win they are in!
Really?!?! Only two come to mind that are as good as or better, maybe three. Buts thats it. The other AFC teams offense would crumble when facing the Bears D. JMO...

Re: If the Giants win they are in!
there are alot of times the skins piss me off. but if they were in the same situation as the giants are right now, i would want the skins in the playoffs. i am the type that the coaching staff could always fix what is ailing the skins. maybe giants fans dont feel the same love for their coaching staff?

Also notice that I didn't include that game as one of the three we could have won, putting us in a possible 8-7 record. It's just an example of a game where the offense should have picked it up a notch. |

Is it bad that it took me a couple of minutes to get that?
